Today’s visit was for inspection corrections. The customer just bought the home and needed some electrical items completed. The bathroom circuit had multiple GFCI’s that were unnecessary and the outside receptacle that was also connected to that circuit was broken so we replaced the entire circuit. We also replaced a multi wire branch circuit with a two pole breaker, and replaced the oven circuit since they are switching from gas to electric. Work it’s complete.

Got called to a home in Severna Park where the homeowner was renovating the master bathroom and wanted recessed LED lighting installed across the ceiling to replace the outdated single fixture before the tile crew started. Verified ceiling space clearance, installed four IC-rated recessed LED housings, ran updated wiring from the existing switch leg, connected a compatible dimmer, and tested smooth dimmer operation across the full range. Customer also wants dedicated circuits for dryer and washer, relocating switches, replacing a few receptacles and replacing a floodlight. We will be returning next week to complete the work.
